Two of the product I ordered were not shipped without even letting me know.
I've been waiting for my refund since 2 weeks and I still receive the same useless information that I'll soon be paid back via Stripe Multibanco.
So far they were unable to find an alternative solution to give me the money back.

After 3 more days, I received a little refund in my Carethy wallet which is totally useless due to the shipping costs.
After all the trouble I went through, Carethy was not even able to provide a free shipping coupon.
This is so far the worst online shopping experience I had.
