I placed an order for a computer desk on the 5th September 2020 for £62.63 and paid by bank transfer.
I then cancelled the order as i got it cheaper somewhere else and i was told a refund would be sent.
Now i just keep getting told the accounting department will be dealing with it soon and it is now over 5 months since the order was cancelled.

Still not had refund or any answers from company. AVOID at all cost.
