Hi, I have a refund from Vueling pending since mid-september. On 12 September 2022, Vueling rescheduled the flight, for which I asked for refund the following Day. I was supposed to receive an email with further instructions from Vueling, but did not receive the email, nor the refund. I cannot reach Vueling by telephone, though their website or social media.
