I booked a hotel in Makkah, Saudi Arabia via stayforlong. When I arrived at the hotel i was informed that due to a rule change the hotel could not honour my booking. I informed StayforLong. The advisor told me she would respond me within 45 minutes but he failed to do so. I had to sort an alternative hotel after spending most of the night without a room.
The following day Stayforlong contacting me stating they would provide alternative accomodation but I was left without a hotel so I had to resolve this myself. They then stated they would cancel my booking and refund me.
It has now been over 3 months and they have failed to resolve my refund.
