I have visited the park with my wife and two daughters, the younger has lost her cell phone. Of course the park has nothing to do about it, it was our fault. The only issue is that I have returned in the following morning to check if the phone was found and handed to the park. I spoke to an a park customer support representative who was overwhelmed with a lot of other customers complaining, I asked if there was any phone found on the previous day, and the answer was just a no, there was no phone found in the park. I think it is really hard to believe that a park who receives thousands of people, has not a structured Lost & Found and even worse that not a single phone was lost and returned that day. That is a huge difference from other parks I have visited.
